Ingredients
- 2 pcs Chicken Breast
- ½ tsp Mixed Dry Herbs
- 40 grams Onion, finely chopped
- 50 grams strong English Mustard
- 15 grams Garlic, minced
- 2 pinches Salt
- 2 pinch Black Pepper
- 30 ml Olive Oil
Preparations
- In a bowl marinate all the ingredients.
- Wrap the top of the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Place each chicken breast on the grill rack.
- Preheat the USHA OTG at 220°C for 2-3 minutes and place the rack inside to grill.
- Bake till the chicken is cooked.
