Ingredients
  • 4 Medium size Potatoes (Cut in equal
  • sized Cubes)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (or as per taste)
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • Salt to taste
Preparations
  • Take all of the above ingredients in a bowl (except Chaat Masala), mix and marinade for 10 minutes.
  • Place the marinated potatoes on the 360° convection tray.
  • Set the OTG to Airfry Mode (this setting automatically shows 200°C and time 21 minutes).
  • Place the 360° convection tray insde the OTG and cook until resulting in crispy potato cubes or until done.
  • Once the potatoes are done, remove and toss them in a little Chaat Masala.
  • Serve hot with ketchup/chutney.
