Ingredients
- 4 Medium size Potatoes (Cut in equal
- sized Cubes)
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (or as per taste)
- 2 tsp vinegar
- Chaat masala to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp corn starch
- Salt to taste
Preparations
- Take all of the above ingredients in a bowl (except Chaat Masala), mix and marinade for 10 minutes.
- Place the marinated potatoes on the 360° convection tray.
- Set the OTG to Airfry Mode (this setting automatically shows 200°C and time 21 minutes).
- Place the 360° convection tray insde the OTG and cook until resulting in crispy potato cubes or until done.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove and toss them in a little Chaat Masala.
- Serve hot with ketchup/chutney.
