Ingredients
  • 200 g Paneer (cut into Cubes)
  • 1/2 tsp green chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 12 Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Maida
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Garam masala Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
Preparations
  • Take all the ingredients except Paneer and make a thick paste using 2 or 3 tablespoons of water if needed.
  • Add Paneer cubes to the above marinate (mixture) and set aside for 20 minutes. Set OTG to Airfry mode with time 15 minutes & temperature 180°C.
  • Place Paneer cubes on 360° convection tray and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle a little Chaat Masala and squeeze a little Lemon before serving.
