Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer (cut into Cubes)
- 1/2 tsp green chili paste
- 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
- 12 Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Rice flour
- 1 tsp Maida
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garam masala Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Preparations
- Take all the ingredients except Paneer and make a thick paste using 2 or 3 tablespoons of water if needed.
- Add Paneer cubes to the above marinate (mixture) and set aside for 20 minutes. Set OTG to Airfry mode with time 15 minutes & temperature 180°C.
- Place Paneer cubes on 360° convection tray and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle a little Chaat Masala and squeeze a little Lemon before serving.
