Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Green Peas (fresh/frozen)
  • ¼ cup Broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup Cauliflower florets
  • ¼ cup Carrots
  • ¼ cup Green beans
  • ¼ cup Potatoes
  • ¼ cup Zucchini 
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup Water
Preparations
  • Add the cut vegetables in the Usha EPC and set the dial to the starting point of RICE Mode.
  • Add salt to taste and water.
  • Close and lock the Usha EPC lid and let it cook until the dial comes to KEEP WARM mode.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves and enjoy a healthy meal.

You can add a few slices of lemon or lemon zest after preparation.
