Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 500 gm watermelon
- 2 tbsp Mawana Select Brown Sugar
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 cucumber
- 3 basil leaves
- 1 cup ice cubes
Garnish
- Mint leaves
Preparations
- Brush a grill pan with olive oil. Place watermelon slices on the pan and sprinkle Mawana Select Brown Sugar , black pepper and salt. Let the watermelon cook. Flip and repeat the same process.
- Add the grilled watermelon into the Usha Power Blender along with cucumber, basil leaves and ice cubes and blend.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve cold.
