Ingredients
- 210 gm unsalted butter
- 225 gm dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 450 gm Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar
- 50 gm cocoa powder
- 150 gm regular flour
- Melted chocolate
- Mawana Select Icing Sugar
- Mint leaves
Preparations
- In a pan melt unsalted butter. Add dark chocolate and mix till it melts.
- In a mixing bowl add eggs. Add Mawana Select Breakfast Sugar and mix. Add the melted chocolate and stir. Add cocoa powder, flour and fold them together.
- Place the batter in a baking tray and bake at 180˚ for 30-35 minutes in the Usha OTG.
- Garnish with Mawana Select Icing Sugar and mint leaves.
