Ingredients
  • 200 grams Salted Packaged Pie Dough
  • ½ boneless Chicken Breast, roasted
  • 75 grams Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 grams Spinach, boiled
  • 50 grams Zucchini, roasted
  • 300 grams Cooking Cream (36% fat content)
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 10 grams Black Pepper
Preparations
  • Place the pie crust in the 10” pie plate. Arrange the roasted chicken, spinach and roasted zucchini evenly over the crust.
  • In a separate bowl put cream, eggs, salt and black pepper and mix well.
  • Grate cheese and put aside.
  • Pour the creamy mixture on top of the pie crust.
  • Spread the cheese evenly over the mixture.
  • Preheat USHA OTG at 180°C for 2-3 minutes and place the plate inside to bake.
  • Leave the baking tray inside the Usha OTG and bake till the cheese becomes golden brown in colour.
Cooking Tip

Do not blind bake the crust, pay attention to Oven temprature and timings.
