Ingredients
- 240 grams Sweet Paste
- 20 grams Custard Powder
- 250 ml Milk
- 40 grams Breakfast Sugar
- Seasonal fruits as per availability
Preparations
- Spread the sweet paste evenly in the tart moulds.
- In a bowl, mix custard powder with milk and sugar.
- Pour the custard into the tart shell.
- Preheat USHA OTG at 140°C for 2-3 minutes and place the moulds inside to bake.
- Bake till the tart is golden.
- Post-baking, leave to cool for 15 minutes. Then garnish with desired fruits on top.
