Ingredients
  • 240 grams Sweet Paste
  • 20 grams Custard Powder
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 40 grams Breakfast Sugar
  • Seasonal fruits as per availability
Preparations
  • Spread the sweet paste evenly in the tart moulds.
  • In a bowl, mix custard powder with milk and sugar.
  • Pour the custard into the tart shell.
  • Preheat USHA OTG at 140°C for 2-3 minutes and place the moulds inside to bake.
  • Bake till the tart is golden.
  • Post-baking, leave to cool for 15 minutes. Then garnish with desired fruits on top.
Cooking Tip

Poke the custard in the tart shells before baking to avoid cracks.
