Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 2 inch ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 8-10 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp peppercorns
- 1/2 cup hung yogurt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 whole pomfret
- Coriander sprig
Preparations
- Add coriander, ginger, cumin seeds, garlic, onions, black peppercorns in a mixing jar and grind to a paste using the Usha Imprezza Plus mixer grinder.
- In a bowl add hung yogurt, the paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, kasuri methi, lemon juice and mix.
- In a baking tray marinate the fish and set aside for 30 mins.
- Grill in the Usha OTG at 180˚ for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with a coriander sprig and serve with some salad and chutney.
